PROJECT FACTS

The project consisted of a 16,300 square foot, two-story bank facility with an additional 6,000 square feet of basement, and a 1,900 square foot drive-up canopy. There are sunscreens at the building perimeter.

Completion: 2006

Construction: Exterior walls are non-load bearing metal studs with brick veneer or metal panels. Roof framing is metal deck on light gage metal or bar joists at sloping roofs and bar joists at flat roofs. Roof joists are supported by wide flange steel beams. Floor framing is a 3 1/2" concrete slab on metal centering supported by steel bar joists and wide flange steel beams. Columns are steel tube columns (exposed at some locations). Lateral resistance is provided by steel braced frames and moment frames.
