PROJECT FACTS

The project consisted of a four-story, 32,000 square-foot residential condominium, with a lower level parking area of approximately 18,000 square feet.  

Location: Creve Coeur, MO

Project Construction Cost: $4,500,000
 
Completion: 2006

Construction:Exterior walls are load-bearing metal studs with brick veneer. Floor and roof construction are engineered wood I-joists.  The first floor level over the parking level is cast-in-place concrete pan joist and beam construction. This concrete extends outside the building in the plaza and patio areas above the garage. Lateral loads are resisted by interior and perimeter plywood shear walls.
